At UK Construction Week, I participated in a panel on Artificial Intelligence with David Philp and Silvia Gioja.

The session, titled “Beyond the hype: Building AI-ready teams for the digital built environment,” moved past the surface-level excitement surrounding AI technologies and focus on practical strategies for integrating intelligent systems into construction workflows. We addressed challenges such as skill gaps, change management and aligning AI initiatives with broader business objectives.
