#BIMpill – Outome vs. Output

Troppo spesso il BIM diventa fine a se stesso e obiettivo del suo processo è consegnare un modello. La pillola di oggi proviene da framework PRINCE2® di AXELOS, forse uno dei miei framework di Project Management preferiti e parla della differenza tra output (ciò che produciamo) e outcome. In particolare, la definizione di progetto del framework si concentra sull’introduzione di un cambiamento in azienda e in questo modo l’outcome viene definito come il risultato del cambiamento che deriva dall’utilizzo di quell’output. L’outcome a sua volta è concentrato al raggiungimento di un benefit, che il miglioramento di business misurabile.
