  • aiuta e consente agli altri di raggiungere i propri obiettivi;
  • è neutrale dal punto di vista del contenuto delle discussioni e non prende posizioni;
  • è di supporto a ciascuno perché raggiunga il miglior risultato possibile nei pensieri e nelle buone pratiche professionali;
  • promuove la collaborazione e cerca di far sì che il team, nel senso più ampio possibile, lavori in sinergia;

“A Scrum Master should facilitate by creating a “container” for the team to fill up with their ideas and innovations. The container, often a set of agenda questions or some other lightweight (and flexible) structure, gives the team just enough of a frame to stay on their purpose and promotes and environment for richer interaction, a place where fantastic ideas can be heard. The coach creates the container; the team creates the content.”

  • facilitare le relazioni e la collaborazione sia all’interno del team che tra il team e l’ambiente stesso (es: utilizzo corretto degli strumenti di condivisione e tracking);
  • facilitare il processo e il miglioramento continuo del processo stesso;
  • facilitare l’integrazione dei nuovi team all’interno dell’organizzazione;
  • facilitare gli eventi in modo che siano significativi ed efficaci;

Tracy Chevalier’s Remarkable Creatures

You might say that this is a historical novel about two pioneer women hunting for fossils on the famed beach of Lyme, one of them being paleontology legend Mary Anning and the other being the less famous fossil hunter and collector Elizabeth Philpot.You’d be wrong,

Cixin Liu’s Hold Up the Sky

This is a really splendid collection of stories, some shorter than other, and I wouldn’t have collected them this way: you have proper sci-fi stories and fairy tales, stories about science (with very little fiction), a story on coal mines and a war tale. But,
