In questo straordinario autunno-inverno, ho avuto l’onore di essere coinvolta in un’iniziativa bellissima, organizzata dall’Istituto Rizzoli qui a Milano. Si tratta di un corso di formazione tecnica superiore, finanziato dall’Unione Europea e quindi gratuito per i partecipanti, destinato agli under 30 in possesso di una laurea, di un diploma tecnico o di un diploma di maturità. In particolare il corso ha titolo:

Si articola in una serie di moduli che spaziano dal business English ai fondamenti di marketing, scripting e realizzazione di video, strategie di comunicazione a cura dell’Univesità Cattolica, tra cui un bellissimo modulo di “empatia digitale”. Con Forma Mentis, il mio contributo sarà di carattere leggermente diverso dal solito. Non parlerò infatti di BIM, né di nuvole di punti o altre amenità. Terrò un modulo relativo alla tecnologia chatbot. Sì. Avete capito giusto. E lo farò naturalmente a modo mio. Parleremo di algoritmi e di come conversare con una macchina, dal test di Turing alle presunte intelligenze artificiali dei nostri tempi, parleremo di profilazione del target e in questo naturalmente mi affiancherà Gabriele Gallo. Con lui gestiremo anche un altro modulo, destinato alla realtà aumentata. E, se lo conoscete, potete aspettarvi qualcosa di spumeggiante anche in quel campo. Forma Mentis terrà poi anche un altro modulo per la realizzazione di siti web.
