In the midst of the global pandemic, we launched the first of a series of courses on how to draft a BIM Execution Plan that really matters, and for the first edition we focused on schools. We saw sections borrowed from Agile and marketing theories, design thinking and communication strategies.

- Epics and Personas, to craft a communication that really matters;
- Object categories and Levels of Development;
- How to carry out a maturity assessment to fine-tune workflows and the Common Data Environment;
- A focus on project outputs.
