BIM Execution Planning for Educational Facilities

In the midst of the global pandemic, we launched the first of a series of courses on how to draft a BIM Execution Plan that really matters, and for the first edition we focused on schools. We saw sections borrowed from Agile and marketing theories, design thinking and communication strategies.

  1. Goals and Objectives, translating into Model Uses;
  2. Epics and Personas, to craft a communication that really matters;
  3. Object categories and Levels of Development;
  4. How to carry out a maturity assessment to fine-tune workflows and the Common Data Environment;
  5. A focus on project outputs.
