  • Deve portare a termine una visione chiaramente definita che è stata formulata ed è sponsorizzata dai vertici dell’organizzazione;
  • adotta un approccio top-down, con implicazioni cross-funzionali per i normali lavori dell’organizzazione;

  • Si evolve da progetti simultanei e individualmente nati all’interno dell’organizzazione, per i quali è stata riconosciuta la necessità di un mutuo coordinamento sovra-progetto affinché siano in grado di produrre il cambiamento necessario;

  • Si tratta di un programma d’obbligo;
  • L’organizzazione non ha altra scelta se non cambiare, a causa di un evento esterno come un cambiamento legislativo o di mercato;

Rainer Maria Rilke’s Letters to a Young Architect

Same poet, different book. Rilke, the Bohemian poet and playwright, already made an appearance in the original list, so I’m well aware that bringing him back on day two of a sequel about not repeating myself is a strange way to start. But the Duino

The Thursday Murder Club

I wanted to read this series after seeing the delightful movie on Netflix, which would have been worth it if only for the stellar cast. After I started, I couldn’t possibly stop. I think I read the whole thing in a month. Here’s what I
