Ehi, nessuno mi aveva detto che era un soft-porno! Passino le tette di Caska, ma delle flaccide natiche di Donovan avrei fatto volentieri a meno.
Scherzi a parte, il fumetto – giunto al suo quarto numero nella ristampa "nera" – continua a piacermi: crudo, duro, violento, grezzo, eppure gratuito solo in minima parte, cosa non facile dati i rischi di farsi prendere la mano tra sgozzamenti, massacri, stupri, risse, aggressioni, battaglie, torture, cannibalismi e altre piacevolezze. In particolare, in questo numero ho trovato gratuite le tette di Caska.
Disegni molto belli e intonati al tipo di fantasy, oscuro e crudele, con tavole ben costrute e qualche splash page davvero ottima (in questo numero, i paesaggi e le scene di battaglia senza distinzione, la morte di Gambino, i sogni di Gatsu). Ho trovato lievemente sotto tono, in generale, il disegno della figura di Grifis. Ma forse perché ormai i manga si sono spinti così in profondità nella ricerca artistica sulla figura dell’ermafrodita che un disegno del 1990 comincia ad accusare la sua età.
Per quanto riguarda la trama, lo sviluppo dell’intreccio si riconferma accurato e completo, senza eccessiva lentezza o approssimazione: il flash back nel passato del guerriero ci porta davvero in profondità nella sua psicologia e nella sua storia, prendendosi i propri tempi narrativi e seguendo le proprie tappe.
Continuo a essere soddisfatta.
