#BIMpill – BIM Project Manual

Paese che vai, terminologia che trovi. Nella norma svizzera SIA 2051: 2017 (Basis for the Application of BIM methodology) uno dei concetti cruciali per il coordinamento di un progetto è il cosiddetto “Manuale BIM”. Oggi vediamo quali sono i contenuti definiti dalla norma e come ci possono aiutare a raffinare le sezioni di un nostro BIM Execution Plan.

The BIM Manual of a Project defines:
– objectives;
– organizational structures;
– responsibilities;
– framework for BIM activities.

Il suo indice prevede:

  • la timeline per il coordinamento dei modelli;
  • il livello di sviluppo (ora livello di fabbisogno informativo);
  • i modelli da coordinare;
  • i formati di interscambio;
  • i tipi e i metodi di controllo del modello;
  • le procedure e le persone responsabili di apportare modifiche ai modelli;
  • gli obiettivi di qualità;
  • i “cancelli” di approvazione;
  • le misure di supporto al coordinamento tecnico;
  • i requisiti specifici di interscambio.

A livello di processo, procediamo sempre dalla definizione degli obiettivi di progetto.

Nel Piano di Processo, che deve essere sviluppato dalla direzione generale di progetto, i diversi stakeholder armonizzano le decisioni, le lavorazioni e gli usi del modello. Nel BIM Usage Plan ci si concentra sugli usi del modello. Le regole di modellazione sono destinate alla fascia operativa. Ulteriori esempi e approfondimenti nelle slide sottostanti.

      The Swiss norm is unfortunately available only in German and in French. You can try and have that translated, but it’s a non-editable pdf so you’ll need a translator that’s able to work on pictures. Not optimal, I know.
