A seminar on the principles of DevOps during the deployment of BIM standards in a design firm, focusing on topics such as:

  • the relationship between standard development and their application during business as usual;
  • the “three ways” of DevOps: flow, feedback and experimentation;
  • kanban principles in making the work-in-progress visible;
  • lean principles in eliminating hardships and waste;
  • quality management principles;
  • the three types of culture when it comes to continuous improvement and experimentation.
