BILTasia2017: How To Bake Your Model

How To Bake Your Model: A Collaborative BIM Cooking Class was a class I co-presented at the BILT conference in Singapore in 2017. The class wasn’t well received, and I think it lacked practical examples, possibly from a real-life project, but the basic idea was to showcase the different model management structures needed for two very different kinds of projects: a horizontal development occupying a whole island and a vertical development, your run-of-the-mill skyscraper.
