«Arabeschi di Latte è un gruppo di creative fondato nel 2001.
Il gruppo pone al centro della propria ricerca l’oggetto come fonte di piacere, come elemento anticipatore di situazioni che sfruttano principalmente la fascinazione e il potere comunicativo del cibo. La felicità come condizione possibile è un punto fondamentale della ricerca di Arabeschi di Latte. Attraverso strategie creative e modelli funzionali alternativi il gruppo cerca infatti di rispondere a bisogni e piaceri basilari attivando forme di socialità e convivialità.
Fino ad oggi Arabeschi di Latte ha portato avanti un’operazione trasversale che con una certa freschezza si è inserita in contesti diversi: dall’arte alla moda, dal design e l’architettura alla cucina. Operando attraverso strategie diversificate oltre la classificazione settoriale della creatività, Arabeschi di Latte attualmente si concentra sull’ideazione e realizzazione di “eating events” dove il cibo è uno strumento per creare situazioni e relazioni.
Dal 2001 ArABeScHI dI LaTTe è composto da quattro architetti:
Francesca Sarti, Alessandra Foschi, Silvia Allori, Francesca Pazzagli.»
