WIB: LEGO Serious Play Project

The LEGO Serious Play Project with the Italian chapter of Women in BIM revolves around the idea of using the methodology in order to facilitate one of the most critical points of their mentor / mentee program: the managing of expectations and the alignment of goals between mentors and mentees. LEGO Serious Play was then proposed as a Vision Alignment Tool during an on-line presentation and a real-life workshop hosted by Metis Lighting.
